Japan and China relationship will be more interactive as the
time pass.
As the china became giant developer in current world, Japanese
business started to have a fear which come from danger of being
"hollowed out". It was the truth last decade.
Even though the fact Japan is economic power house, China is giant
developer and these two country is right next each other, the
relationship had never been getting along. There were obvious
reason behind this fact: First attitude conflict: Japan had seen

that worked naturally in the interest of both nation worked to
prevent the relationship from being irreparably damaged.

opportunity and advantage, a lot of business man both Chinese and
Japanese start to corporate each other. Mixed team of Japan and
Chinese business man are about to compete in Japan.

for Japanese and Chinese to get along over the next 30 years,

Sumitomo Trust Baking Co is all set to offer this month a new from
of trust product that target to provide a capital source for business at
same time minimizing risk of investors by concentrating the intended
recipient of the fund.
Sumitomo will try to make a deal the new trust product with and issue for
Aiful Corp, which is one of the big consumer finance company and soliciting
investment in the fund from other business in January. If the deal con be
made, financial institution will consider extending the market for the
program including general individual investors.
The new trust product is created by demand which come from market troubled
by doubt about corporate debentures in the wake of the bankruptcy of Mycal
corp: the big glossary store chain. And the company fell under weight of its
heavy borrowing, but now the company come back. Under this circumstance
which can not provide more secure service for business, new instrument such
as the target trust could be a viable alternative.
Sumitomo Trust will accept funds from corporate investors and then place
them with specific business borrower.
The term of the trusts will range from one to ten years. At first, investor
will be required to institution that can put up at least 100 million yen at
a time. Sumitomo Trust will invent future instrument for lower minimum
investment and may make it available for individual investors.
The new instrument is similar to directly financed corporate debentures in
which investors put their money with specific business. The difference
between traditional corporate debenture and the new trust instrument come
from where Sumitomo Trust will then invest the money only in the company,
which strictly evaluated and screened by Sumitomo. Moreover Sumitomo Trust
will disclose the list of company's condition at regular basis.
